AICE does not offer refunds. All payments made for services rendered are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital services — where significant time, expertise, and resources are invested from the beginning of every engagement — all payments are considered final once work has commenced. This includes project deposits, milestone payments, retainer fees, and subscription charges.
